My whole family was with fido so i decided to go with fido as well. At vaughn mills mall location i bought a package, 8 GB-$65 with a two year contract. However, on my first bill there was more than $80 charge and it turned out to the fido guy just added a promotional price just for two weeks just to sell the plan. I was extremely disappointed. When i called Fido customer service they said they gave me another package for $ 75 that i had to pay for two years as i was on a contract. It’s really unfair. I want to stay with fido but unfortunately my experience unpleasant and thus i am hesitating to stay with Fido.
