I have been trying to reach Fido support for about a month now with no luck.
I know that it is possible as a friend suggested I do this - Fido allows you to suspend your service temporarily for $7/month
Please help me with this. I have been trying to get support for a while now and in the process, I have had to pay for 2 months of service which I did not use even a bit.
We definitely offer the possibility to suspend wireless services for $7 per billing cycle as long as you meet all the required criteria. The temporary suspension can only be applied as of your next billing cycle's date and customers do need to contact us in order for us to apply that for them.
