Stuck on Fido account setup

I have been stuck on account setup with Fido have not been able to use my phone for the past 4 days at this point. I ported my number from Freedom. 

After hours of being on hold and multiple visits to Fido authorized dealer and to corporate store. They are unabe to solve the issue. 

My number seems to be successfully ported, the Fido backend system shows my correct number but the frontend still shows my temp number. 

This has caused issues getting the esim provisioned. and No one seems to be able to help me.
