Hi,

 

I am trying to setup auto payment on my Fido account.

 

Each and every time I enter the credit card information it gives me an error saying 'something went wrong from our end, please try again later' 

 

I have tried to do it over 5 times.

 

Is there any possible fix for this issue?

Hi, I did not find an aswer to this issue... was this solved?
As I have the same problem "something went wrong on our end.please try again later"
At the same time the Fido Extras perks option disappeared from my dashbord, so I can not play 😞
Screenshots attached
I am using My Account App, I have reinstalled it - did not help

App is not blocked in settings...
Can anybody help me with this please?

  They are aware some customers are having the same issues as yourself and are working on a solution (see here). Hopefully they will be able to find a fix for the issue(s) soon.
