I had a Fido mobile account and registeted it with an online My Account a few years ago. Later I moved to another provider, and cancelled that mobile account, but still has the online My Account.
I just registered for a new Fido mobile account recently, and want to add it to the current My Account, with the same email address. How do I do that? I can't seem to do it myself online, My Account kept showing the cancelled one.

Welcome back, in this case, you would need to contact customer service and they should be able to help you change the email address.
