I joined Fido back when the first iPhone came to Canada and it was always such a great service. Over the last few years though their services are tanking. Still no Apple Watch support. No 5G on my 16 Pro Max. No Fido XTRA (which I often used for free coffee). Spotty service. Increased fees. I even had a fee double-charged through a billing error and after fussing with customer service for over two hours they didn't even remove it. I have an iPad Pro M4 and the mobile data would disconnect so often I've almost never been able to use the mobile portion of the service (even though I've been paying for it for a year) and even had to buy a different eSIM just to use it while travelling. And again, customer service has been completely useless.
Any other long-time customers thinking of jumping ship?
Fido isn't what it used to be.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, this is definitely not what we like to hear and it's not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate your feedback for all of this.
As far as the billing issue you mentioned goes, it's something we should be able to fix, you most certainly shouldn't have to pay for a billing error. Please reach out to our customer service again and we'll make sure to fix this, it's the least we can do!
