Had an bad experience with an agent on July 30th on call. By looking at the forum I see a lot of complaints about rude Customer service agent. I am leaving Fido due to rude Customer service agent. If you care about customer, you better treat them well with polite words.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Her name is Claralynn, the call was on July 31st Sunday, I'm mentioning her name here because that call hurt me a lot. You can check the voice recording for proof.
