Returned Payment Charge reversal

Is there a way to get this $25 Returned Payment Charge reversed? I never had a late payment and Fido never contacted me about a late payment until 2 months after the fact via snail mail - in which case it was too late to avoid.

The $25 returned payment charge cannot be reversed at this time.

Your due date is specified each month on your invoice. If there's an issue with your pre-authorized payment method, feel free to reach out to us so we can sort it out for you.
