Can't take advantage of plan offer

I'm confused. I keep seeing an offer for a 10gig plan for $100 as an exclusive offer but for the life of me I can't seem to activate this offer. When I select get this plan, I'm taken to another page full of plans ( none of which are that $100 10gig plan) so I'm stumped. HELP!!!!!!!!
