Return waybill

I have been waiting over a week for my return waybill to return the Pixel 5. Well within my 15 days as of the first call. 

Now three calls later - over 4 hours total - speaking to different reps and still nothing.

I have a reference number, what's taking so long? I was told within 24 hours each time. Where is my waybill? The phone is now backordered, don't you want it back?

Did you check your e-mail usually they e-mail the return label, check your spam folder and see if it is there.
