I have cancelled my plan a month ago but I still have my last bill to pay. Somehow on my account it says that my balance is $0.00. How can I pay my last bill properly?

You should still be able to make your payment online on your account even if the balance show $0.00 🙂
(the system might mention that you are making an overpayment, but you can still proceed in your current case)
If you closed your account completely, it might take a bit of time for the info to update online, but the payment should be received and applied to your account.
