So my monthly payment went up for no reason and I cannot phone in now to get an explanation. Every few years it's a yo yo between Telus and Fido as Telus can now offer a better deal
Fido would have given you advance notice of any service increase. They usually give the notice on our monthly invoice if you check your last 3-4 invoices you should see the notice.
Thank you and it would have been nice but it just went up without any warning.
