 I see this on the fido website

and Ive been with fido since 2011 with no incidents, Im not under contract either.

i live chatted with fido to see if I could get a deal like this or something similar but all they have for loyal customers is a pricier plan.... So what would make me stay? Im not under contract , I would have thought they would like to keep me as a fido customer

I feel the same way and my bill just actually went up. I have my own phone and not under contract so looking into Telus once again.
