Prepaid sim card replacement

Hello,

     I had a fido sim card with prepaid plan but I accidentally lost it a few days ago. I wonder if it would be possible to get a new prepaid card while keeping the same phone number I used before?

    Any suggestion is appreciated!

Hey @Kathy_H! Welcome to the community.  

You can definitely get a new SIM card and activate it on your line to keep the same number.

You may do so by going at a Fido store and do it there directly, or you can contact us through one of our channels here so we can order one for you.
