Prepaid refill problems.

So hi.
Yesterday, September 20th, I refilled my prepaid phone that was due for today, September 21st. When I checked my phone yesterday, I still have 22,25$ but this morning, when I checked my balance, I got 1$! Can someone tell me what happened?><

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. A few things come to mind:

 

Are you subscribed to a pay by the month plan? The monthly fee may have been deducted from your balance shortly after refilling, which is why you would see a much lower balance.

 

Do you know if the expiry date was updated when you refilled? It should be done automatically, but mistakes can happen. If this may be the case, I would suggest contacing customer service to have it resolved.

 

You should be able to view your transaction history online in your account. You may be able to find out what happened by sifting through that.
