I made a payment of my account on 08/02 using my debit card. Shows as transacted in my bank account but not reflecting in my Fido account.Checked with bank and had them look at front end and back end and they confirmed that payment was successful. Gave 3 business days for Fido to update and still nothing.
Called support and chatted using the Live Chat feature.. No body is able to help.
Since I made the payment using my debit card, my bank cannot reverse the money. This is $500 we are talking about.
Can somebody help me?
