Hello, ok so my plan is automatically credited to my credit card. But before the payment date (they charge it in my cc July 2 or after) I paid my bill July 1st manually using my debit card. It shows zero balance but in pre-authorized card shows pending and I have to pay as promised. What to do with that?

When paying by debit it can take up to 5-7 business days before Fido actually receives the payments so when you made the payment on the 1st your account wasn't actually paid in full that's why it still triggered the pre-authorized payment.  In this case, I would suggest you leave it and your account will have a credit that will be applied to the next invoice.
