Possible Scam Number

Received a call from this number, 18887643771. A lady said her name and mentioned that she is sorry she missed your call and if you could call her back, from 9am till 6pm from Mon to Fri. Then proceeds to say, please call me back at 1888 Rogers 1....oops I ment to say Fido..hehe.

Is this a scam number?
