Hello @mehakksharma96 , sorry to hear that you are wanting to leave Fido. Is there anything that you might want to discuss with a customer service representative? If you are on a contract and/or have a device on a payment schedule, that would have to be paid off when you terminate your services. To port out your service, you would do that with the carrier you are intending to move to. If you cancel your services with Fido first, you would lose your number and wouldn't be able to get it back.
