Charges after porting a phone number

I have port my phone number to another service provider then also, in my fido account it says to pay me full amount of that month which $58.75, even though the month has been just started and i have ported to different provider. Do I have to pay the full amount after porting a number also?

  It sounds like the bill was generated before your services were ported out to the other provider. You would only be responsible for the days after the last billing cycle and before you services were ported-out. That is, your monthly charges would be prorated for the days prior to the port-out. If you paid the full amount, your final bill would likely include a refund for the remaining days of the cycle.
