Phone plan cancelation

Hi there I want to cancel my phone plans where I have bought a phone and also use the monthly services and my cycle ends on 20 March 2021 so when can i get it canceled so that I don't have to pay for the next month which is April 2021


please help me out

  If you wish to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.


  You should note that if you wish to keep your phone number and have it ported to another provider, you would need to keep your Fido account active. Once the other provider has successfully ported the phone number, your Fido account would automatically cancel.
