Outstanding balance

Question: 

 

I am set up for Automatic payment and I saw my bill was reduced and the payment was taken out of my account now it states I have an overdue balance! 

 

Why would this happen and why would I  have not been informed?  

Will, there be overdue charges as I was not aware of this.. 

 

Any info would be great as I have never had this happen before

Hi @Mannelli 

 

Did you recently set up Automatic Payments? If yes, please note that the first payment following the set up has to be made manually. See here (pt. 4). 

 

You can also dial *28 from your phone and check what your latest balance is (in case it's not updated online).
