How does having an outstanding balance of a month affect the Payment Prgrm?

Just being curious, I want to know.

If you owe Fido a past due bill, how does that affect your decision of wanting to upgrade your phone using the Fido Payment Program? Is the down payment amount increased? Is there a possibility of being denied the service?

If your account is not in good standing then you will most likely not be able to upgrade your device until you pay the balance.
