One of the ohines on my account got lost and I suspended service on that phone. I have a couple year old phone that I intend to use with that line. Due to COVID I was hoping just to order a replacement card online but while I find references to ordering SIM cards in support I only find that the links are dead and route me to the main store page. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be apprciated.

Hey! You can activate a line on fido.ca and receive a SIM card depending on the delivery method you choose! If you decide to activate through the store or a customer representative, you'll be charged a $60 setup service fee.
