All impacted customers will receive a credit equivalent to the service fee for April 19th. It will be applied to your account within the month of May (before it ends). This will be done automatically with no action required from you or our frontline team members.
If you do not see it on your current bill, please give it till the end of the month and you'll see the partial credit on your next invoice. Hope this helps! 😊
