i recently purchased phone with fido but had some issues so returned. Now online when i try to select any phone for purchase it shows me this. But it was not like this before. What does this mean?

It is possible the return has not been processed through the system as yet and your account limit will be exceeded if you process another device, you should call the number given and they will be better able to assist you.
