Hiii,

    i changed my SIM from Fido to Rogers from December 2023 and i have seen credit balance of around 43$ On my Fido account. How can I deposit to my bank account

Hi @Dc07 , perhaps you could contact Fido account support and ask if it's possible for them to deposit into your account. Here  are the links to contact Fido. I do know that Fido sends a cheque out for refunds, but it could take up to 12 weeks.
