One-Time Fee for Hardware Upgrade

I recently upgraded 2 phones on my account when I went in the store the one selling the phone told me to call in because I had a small balance left on my old phones and a upgrade fee and usually for being a customer for over 5 years they can wave the balance and fee. I contacted fido only to find out none of this is was very disappointing but what can you do Confused

I am sorry to see there was any kind of misunderstandings about these charges. From what I understand one is the remaining balance left owing on the previous phone and the other is a legitimate administrative fee. 


These cannot usually be waived, as they would be considered valid charges. 


I hope this helps clear things up a little.
