I've just returned from my travels. Where I had my phone on airplane mode for about 2weeks. I've not been able to connect to Fido LTE network. I have no internet unless I'm at a place with free wifi.
before someone tells me to restart my phone. I've already done that twice. Put my phone on airplane mode and back. Nothing. I've contacted Fido live agents and was told it was fixed. It's not. I'm using my friends hotspot to do this. This is ridiculous!!!

Hello Ravennly,
I replied to your other post here. I understand your phone has been in Airplane mode for a while now. Are you able to use your device for voice calls? As mentioned in my other post, have you verified the device's carrier settings are correct?
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers

So, I didn't use a SIM card during my travel. I only took out my Fido SIM for a few days and upon returning I've put it back in. I have the Fido 57.0 as your solution suggested. I've basically tried everything. I'm able to receive calls and make calls it's just the data part that is messed up.

I understand you may have already tried, but have you verified your data is enabled? Are you able to try your SIM card in a different device? If you are able to use data on a different device with your SIM, the issue would appear to be with the device. There seem to be similar issues with iPhones (see here, here, here, here, etc). You might consider contacting Apple to see if they have any suggestions.
Hope this helps 😀

I went to the Fido store and tried to figure it out with them. They didn't know what was wrong. We changed the SIM too, so the problem was with the phone not Fido. I reached out to Apple Tech and they fixed the issue. They told me that when you turn off your data and roaming the Iphone turns off the data for all the apps individually. So what I needed to do was turn them on again from the settings menu for each individual app.
