plan change pending

I have been trying to look at my offers and upgrade my phone today. I decided to change my plan, after purchase the new plan, I want to add a phone plan too. But the system pup up "plan change pending" so I cannot apply a phone plan to my number. I need to fix it urgently to get the black friday deal before it ends.

Since you have a plan change pending you will have to wait for the change to finish or you will have to contact customer service directly and they will be able to assist you.
