I am unable to connect to an agent

What's going on recently? I am unable to reach an actual agent through Ask Jack. This is not limited to the Billing section. Basically any choice I select when Ask Jack asks me will give me this message. This is ridiculous! I've never had this issue in the past so I know this is not expected.

Is this some kind of joke?

I'm just trying to make a simple change that isn't available through the website.

"Jack" says I need to speak with a specialist and asks if I'd like to be connected. Then I'm given several options, but no matter which one I select, I receive a message saying, "Sorry, we can't help you," and the chat disconnects.

Same here. Need to update address manually because their system cannot find my address. Called to talk to live agent and cannot reach anybody. Absolutlely rediculous

It's ridiculous!  I'm here in this forum for the same reason.  I'm thinking it's time to switch.

To be honest I used Ask Jack and I thought calling customer service would be best. Food's customer service number is 1 (888) 481-3436.

Hello Leonlee123,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

  I understand you have previously been able to receive assistance via Live Chat. As far as I know, Fido appears to have removed customer service options via social media. Those options are no longer listed on the Fido contact pages. While AskJack is still available, the system appears to only offer limited virtual assistance. If you want assistance with your matter, you'll apparently now have to call customer service.

Yes all pages point to the support page, but nobody answers the phone. In some cases not everything can be automated.
