Not an account holder

Hi, I am a subscriber and someone else is the account holder. How do I become an account holder so that I can view my bills?

Welcome to the community!

 

The only way to have an account holder profile on fido.ca is if you become the account holder of your Fido services. 

 

That can be achieved by doing a transfer of responsibility to your name. The current account holder would need to contact customer service to authorize you for the transfer first and then you would need to get in touch with us to complete it. A credit evaluation under your name will be required for us to transfer the service under your name. 

 

If you are not the account holder, you can only have a subscriber profile online.
