Changing primary account holder

Hi, we share an account with my partner. Somehow he isn’t the primary account holder. Altough it was his number that existed first then mine was added. We tried to change it but doesn’t seem to find the way.

How do we change it so he can be the primary account holder?

  Are you referring to accessing the account information via My Account or are you identified as the primary account holder? It's likely that he is the primary account holder. However, it's possible that when his access to My Account was set-up, they mistakenly signed-up as subscriber rather than account holder.


  He would need to contact customer service to verify whether he is the primary account holder and to change the status on his My Account access. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account.
