Switch to other service provider

My current bill was completed paid by pre-authorization payment, but I switched to another service provider within this bill cycle, can I get refund?

We're sad to learn that you decided to leave us. Sad

That being said, no worries if you overpaid, you'll indeed receive a prorated refund for the days the service was cancelled.
 

You'll get a final invoice with the amount of the refund 4 to 8 days after your regular billing cycle end date!
