I am using 2 lines (mobile plans). Today I went to Metrotown in Burnaby and both lines got no data. First I thought it was my phone, but my daughter's iphone didn't work either. There were lots of people since it was busy Saturday. I don't think it was because of the crowd and busy network environment. Because I saw many others using their phone just fine at the mall.
Part of your (Fido) service is providing mobile data for the price. However today's incident is considered you are charging me for the data even when I cannot use it. It's like you go to the restaurant and getting only side dishes but charged for the whole course meal.
Is this something that I should understand and continue using the service? Has anyone complained about it and get a resolution from Fido?
