No confirmation email for new phone

I ordered my new phone but it's already been 48+Hours later and still no confirmation email, can someone help me look into it? The shipping company already lost my Iphone 6s+ two years ago and since they didn't have any more I got stuck with a regular Iphone 6 (real small I was used to big phones) I wanna make sure that doesn't happen again.

You will get the confirmation email once the order has been processed, you can also check your junk/spam folder just in case it goes there.

You can always reach out directly to customer service and have them check the status of the order.
