No Confirmation Email for Phone Order

I ordered a new iPhone 11 over live chat yesterday (Saturday, July 11) and was told I'd receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. I still have yet to receive this email and it's been over 24 hours. I was wondering what the situation is, if I need to wait longer or if my phone is on backorder?

Thanks @FidoAnthony ! I reached out to an agent on live chat and apparently my case has been sent to the back office yesterday for further verification. It'll take about 5 business days according to the agent.

When ordering a device you would usually receive 2 emails. The first one confirming the order and later, the second one as soon as it leaves our warehouse. The latter will include the tracking number for your package.
