I switched carriers and received a txt message saying Fido Winback will give me a call for an exclusive offer. It has been 3 months and I have yet to receive a phone call. Would anyone be able to help me identify the right number to contact?

There is no direct contact for the win back team as they are outbound calls only department. Since it has been 3 months already it is possible they have determined afterwards you are not eligible for the call, you can always contact customer service and they can see if any notes were left on your account if there were no notes they will not be able to forward it back to the win back team but they can let you know if there are any offers that you may like.
