Hello,
I called Fido and was on hold for 45 minutes until the call hung up unexpectedly!
I would simply like to pay the entirely of my Fido Payment Program, it says I have to contact customer service but they are unreachable. How can I make this final payment?

Unfortunately, you would need to contact customer service as they are the only ones that can process the buyout. I would recommend you use the call-back feature when making the call.
