Negative bill amount

 I paid my Fido bill of 92 dollars 15 days before due date and after paying that 0.00 amount in my bill left but after 10 days day it show the negative 39 in bill amount can anyone tell me what is this and is I have some bill amount due ???

The $-39 means you over paid your bill so you have credit on your account, you do not have to pay anything. The credit will be applied to your next bill.
