Negative balance on Fido bill

Hi, my name is Heewon Yoon and recently I cancelled my fido plan so there is a negative amount, $38 in my account and I want to request the refund of my balance to my bank account. Please reply me if you have done it. Also, If it is going on the process, then how long does it take to be sent back to my bank account?

Hello @HeewonYoon,

 

Once your final bill is released, if you have a credit balance in your account, a cheque will be mailed to you 2 to 3 weeks after the release of the bill.
