Need to delete my Fido profile

I have cancelled my Fido account and I would like to delete my Fido online account profile.

Please help.

Hey @Gurlalb, Alex here! 

 

If you're looking to deactivate your community profile, you can do as @Cawtau explained above. However, if you're talking about your online account profile, the one you use to access your Fido account details, it will remain available even after you have cancelled your account, we don't have a way to delete it for you.

Hello Gurlalb,

 

  I assume you're referring to your Community profile. Sorry to hear you're wishing to be removed from the community. From what you note, it sounds like your services account was cancelled, but your profile in the community was not. If you wish to deactivate your community profile, you would need to submit a request to forum.support@fidomobile.ca and include your Community profile username (see here).
