Anyone know who or what i is?
Usually FIDO messages have some text, "Hi, it's FIDO" followed by stuff. This one is just a MMS, no text no sender hints. I have my phone set not to download MMS automatically, so it is just an alert that something exists. I don't go out of my way to download messages from unknown senders.
Maybe it is FIDO - or maybe it is ODIF the anti-christwhatjusthappenedtomyphonedammit

Starting February 14 this year I started receiving multiple texts from 4735, and it hasn't stopped since, it's driving me up the wall. I texted STOP and nothing changed.
December 2019
well considering i got 45 spam calls prior to this
to get a +4735 test out of the blue no real phone number or hi from fido
and a attachment they hope i click on
flush
if its important the sender can contact me
dont take a chance these lowlife scammers are relentless

I was just thinking. this is just like Scrhodingers cat.
The message could be a free phone from FIDO
Or a dead phone from ODIF
Until I download the MMS it is simultaneously both outcomes.
And i won't know if i have a free phone or a dead phone until I open it.
Opening the message determines the content.

or you could download a virus and have someone steal your banking information and your contacts

So today I got a SMS from 4735 - without the + prefix
Normal SMS, "Hi, it's FIDO..."
So maybe the +4735 is ODIF
And I deleted that ODIF conversation without opening the box to seeing if I had a free phone or a dead phone. Just kicked it to the curb. Let someone else open it.
