Hi, so my account was suspended and I paid my last bill a couple days ago and it’s still suspended. Why won’t it reactivate?

Hey @Tertil!

 

How did you make the payment? If it was made from a bank account, it takes 2-5 business days before we receive it. 

You should be able to see on your Fido account if there is still a past due and if we received your payment. 

 

If we did receive your payment and there is no past due on your account, you can try to simply restart your phone.

If it still doesn't work, I invite you to contact us here so we can look closer into this. Smiley
