AS PER Management office one of the Presidents clients customer relation will call but no one did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there someone out there from the FIDO !!!!  Presidents office to look after me?

I've been having a phone tags ... Many emails was sent but no response !!!!!!!!!

It is now over 3 months and still unresolved !!!

Anyone out there knew how i may reached to this office -PLEASE HEEEEEELP

Please kindly help resolved my cell phone defective issues as i pais almost $250 a month 

I think i desrves to have one of the Presidents office call me and resolved this matter including my lap top that is lagging

Depending on when your case was forwarded to the office of the president it can take some time before someone from that office contacts you, that being said you claim you have some issues with a defective device can you tell us more about it and maybe the community can help.
