I have received my August bill however there was no credit for the outage Rogers discussed for the inconvenience. How do we get the missing credit?

What ever happened to Rogers/Fido's promise to reimburse users for the outage experienced a couple months ago?? Some of us were effected with the outage and have not forgotten

Not to worry, the credits will be applied for all customers on the August bill.
Depending on your billing cycle, it's possible that the invoice you recently received is the July one.
You should see the bill date at the top of the page, in the PDF version.

After outage, we received 02 Bills but no outage credit..

I got a credit on my newest bill...a whopping $11.73 for having no service for 3+ days...what a joke!

The bill you have just received is for your usuage in July. So the credit will appear on your bill for your usuage of August which you will receive the bill in September
