No outage credit appeared on my August bill. I attempted to call Fido several times, including today. *No one* is answering calls. No longer any callback option. The service hangs up on the customer every thime. I have tried chat, as well; no one is reponding there, as well. I also sent direct message to Fido Customer Service/Moderators on the Community Board. Also no response.
