No Outage Credit on August 2022 Bill

No outage credit appeared on my August bill. I attempted to call Fido several times, including today. *No one* is answering calls. No longer any callback option. The service hangs up on the customer every thime. I have tried chat, as well; no one is reponding there, as well. I also sent direct message to Fido Customer Service/Moderators on the Community Board. Also no response.

Same here, I spend close to 1hwaiting for a specialist online  to write me back. Took him 35 min to pull up my account. 10 min between each text for him to respond.  He then tell me to call 611...  I have never experience such bad service from Fido! They promise to credit you but then tells you they can't find any more on files.... this is such a waste of time for both parties.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, that definitely doesn't sound right. 


To clarify, are you referring to the credit we gave our customers for the outage in July? This credit should have been on your August bill. If you had an active line at the time of the outage, you're most certainly entitled to this credit so please get in touch with us again and we'll make sure to get this fixed.
