Hi, 

Fido erroneously reported a missed payment to the credit bureau, indicating a delay of 90 days, despite the fact that I have never missed or delayed a payment up to this day. How can I go about rectifying this error? It has resulted in a significant decrease in my credit score.

Hi there @yakkalisaran , I think you should contact Fido support and speak with the credit department. Here  is how to contact Fido. You can also contact customer support through the Fido app.
