Misleading information

I left the country to go traveling. In every country I landed I received multiple texts claiming I'd spend only $15/day on roaming. I switched it off mainly, and only used it twice briefly (I used a whopping 7MB). I then received an alert that I had spent over $100. I have now been charged $90+tax because apparently I was not in a roaming zone- DESPITE RECIEVING A TEXT ABOUT BEING IN A ROAMING ZONE. Now they say the charge is unchangable and there is nothing they can do. This is misleading information and daylight robbery.

I have been in contact with both your online chat support and your call support. Both times I spent an hour discussing my problem, both times my case was escalated to senior support, and both times I was told nothing can be done about the $90 charge.
