Voicemail prompts in French, and 611 didn't help me.

Suddenly, with me doing anything, my voicmail prompts are in French. Per advice here, I called 611, and they gave me self help instructions for prompt options (press 4 etc....) that don't event exist, and that I couldn't verify until I hung up with them as I called on the phone that needed the change. What now?
